Benjamin Franklin’s daily routine as inspiration for structuring your day. In the morning ask yourself, “What good will I do today?” At night ask yourself, “What good have I done today?” It sounds so simple yet so effective.
Goal 1: run 5miles by the end of September
-run half an hr everyday
Goal 2: Learn to play the guitar
-find tabs and practice 15min every day
Goal 3: Come up with another goal
